PS3 cecha01 backwards compatible system fw downgrade

I've done many ps3 slim (NOR) systems in the past, this was my first attempt at a PS3 fat NAND model...    holly crap soldering to the nand chip legs is super tedious!! not an easy feat requires a steady hand and solid soldering skills.. so be careful if you attempt to DIY on this model..

PS3 Slim downgrade/jailbreak. (Nor)

Downgrading ps3 to 3.55 ofw using a teensy++ 2.0 and Norway to read/flash Nor.

PS4 HDMI Port replacement

I've been getting a lot of these ps4 systems with damaged hdmi ports lately..  if your experiencing video output issues check the hdmi pins, avoid generic hdmi cords that fit too tight!

Xbox 360 Slim (Trinity) RGH2 CR4 XL install

Glitch times are awesome and super stable with this chip, it boots on the first pulse 9/10 no major tweaking just #3 set to ON in dip switch :)
